Awareness Through Movement classes
For members of the 92nd St. Y May Center: Tuesdays at 6:30pm
Two classes on the Upper West Side: Mondays at 6:30pm and Fridays at 10 am ($20)

New classes can be formed upon demand.  I am also available to give presentations and workshops – call for more information.

For Feldenkrais practitioners: I am available to work as a coach or mentor on any issues you may have concerning your practice or continuing work with yourself.
